Some changes and bug fixes for the fire and ice live show on 16.01.2014 @ celeste, vienna. some functionalities were removed to make more easy to programm, osc adresses are now fixed to the following /Nocturn/page/encoder[number], no values aer sent when switching page, have to fix that  false page numbers appearing when switching the page. also false led modes are often used only for the first encoder
